The Association was incorporated in Hong Kong on 31 October 2018 under company number 2760795. It is recognised by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department as a charitable institution of a public character exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, effective from 19 July 2019.
